Welcome to Manor House Livery Stables

We are a private, family run yard in the quiet village of Tottleworth, ideally situated between Great Harwood and Rishton. We take great pride in running a clean and tidy yard, which creates a safe and secure working environment for both horse and owner.

The farm extends over 100 acres, which allows us ample grazing for up to 30 horses, and all of our haylage is home-grown and available all year round.

Our facilities include:

• Full livery / Part livery / DIY livery available.

• Large indoor & outdoor stables, with tack rooms.

• Outdoor floodlit riding arena with silica sand/fibre-mix surface (120ft x 80ft).

• Extensive summer grazing in segregated paddocks for mares and geldings (no barbed wire).

• One of the most popular aspects of the yard is the extensive local off-road hacking out, which extends several miles around the farm with little or no traffic to contend with.
